1. Exchange Period
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be entertained.
2. Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The item must be in the same condition as you received it.
3. Exchange Process
We offer exchanges for the following reasons:
- Size Issues: If the size doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for a different size (subject to availability).
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will replace it free of cost.
4. Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. However, in case of an issue, you can exchange your item for another product of the same value or receive a store credit for future purchases.
5. Shipping Costs
- If the item is defective, we will bear the shipping costs for the exchange.
- For size changes or personal preferences, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
